The hotel exceeded my expectations during our stay. I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms that offered stunning views of Times Square. The staff was always polite and helpful, enhancing my experience. However, the chaotic check-out process was a downside that detracted from an otherwise perfect stay.
My family and I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which has a great location and offers spacious rooms. The front desk staff left a lot to be desired, but many of the other staff, especially in the bar, were really friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again for the location and room size, but a few improvements in guest service would make the experience much better.
